     Anna Christina Mennel's LDS Familysearch Family Tree ID is: MJ7P-VTY. Harold Weigold's booklet, THE WEIGOLD FAMILY RECORD, gives the name of John Weigold's mother as Elisabeth, however, on his birth record, she is listed as Anna Christina. This name was checked by looking for John's brother, Friedrich, who, it is known from the 1900 census, was born in May of 1856. His birth record was found recorded on 3 May 1856 and his mother was listed as Christina. Therefore, there is little doubt that that is her real name.
